“Hey, get back here you thief!”
Chandra turned around to see a pink girl running after her. Deciding it was probably better to help other magical girls rather than run away, she swung down to meet her.
“Uh, hello?”
“What the hell do you think you’re doing? That was *my* kill.”
Behind her, a purple-grey girl walked slowly, and behind her what looked like a normal boy in a business suit? The girl spoke up first. “Steffi, calm down.”
“Hey! Out here I’m *Pop Blitz*!”
The purple girl sighed. “Sorry. Calm down, Pop.”
The pink girl puffed up slightly at that. “Thank you. But not until this one apologizes!” She pointed accusingly at Chandra, who shrugged. Who the hell was this girl? She was kinda cute, though.
“I have no idea what you’re talking about.”
“You killed that monster I was hunting! That one was totally mine. You’ll have to make up for it, otherwise we’re turning you in.”
“What?”
The boy sighed. “Nothing. She’s making stuff up. Didn’t know there was a new magical girl patrolling around here, though. What’s your name?”
“Racoon Swing, magical girl extraordinaire!”
The boy nodded. “I’m Ben. This is Pop Blitz and Techno Blitz, of Team Blitz.”
The pink girl and purple girl both nodded at their introductions. Chandra waved at each of them, trying to hide her blush as the pink girl got up close in her face.
“Hmm. Well, you are good, at least. Hey, Rock, think we can add her on?”
The boy sighed. “Please don’t call me that.”
Ignoring him, Pop Blitz continued. “So, Racoon Swing, you wanna join our team? Or at least patrol together tonight? Better to have 6 hands than 2. Or something.”
Chandra shrugged. Why not? Better safe than sorry, as she said. Plus she’d get to spend more time with this cute pink girl.
