Summary
You could say Katsuki Bakugou's whole life was based around pain. His job involved a regular stream of violence, especially when you worked for the mafia. As a fighter, even his hobby and stress relief outlet involved pain. He was used to it. What he wasn’t used to were people trying to kill him while he wasn't at work. Which is why he was very confused as to why he was running for his life while he bled all over the street being chased by unknown assailants.
Eijirou Kirishima loved his life. It was simple and simplicity made him happy. When he was happy he made others happy. It was an easy cycle. It was his first week at the veterinary clinic and based on the its location, he had seen his fair share of unusual clients. There were rumors of gang activity as well as whispers of the mafia. Kirishima would always laugh at the silly gossip. That kind of thing was only in movies. What he didn’t know then was, because of his genuine kind nature, he was about to throw himself head first into one of those movies. He had no idea what he was getting himself into when he found a bonafide monster, bloody and unconscious, outside the back door of the clinic.
