   Summary

   Evangeline Bradley has lived her life alone since her best friend Lukas Doyle took his own life in 2007. It's better that way. Evie's not a good person, and neither was Lukas; the world is better off without them both.

   But when Evie has a series of chance run-ins with Kaitlynn Dunn, a beautiful young primary school teacher, near her London flat, the truth is undeniable: Kaitlynn is the same best friend that Evie thought dead five years earlier. And Evie's completely helpless to be flung back into her orbit. Good thing this new Kaitlynn is a whole lot nicer - and a much better person - than Lukas ever was.

   They're not going to acknowledge any of that though, cause Evie would really prefer not to find out what's really lurking behind the other end of Evie's 'Sister' and mysterious sponsor Jennifer's taser. The Dorley girls can keep their mysterious trans cult to themselves, if that's what they really want.
