Summary
Aliss Kade had a simple life. She lived in a cute house with her boyfriend of three years, she had a good job and she finally had a good relationship with her parents after nearly a decade. She was halfway through her degree and though it was definitely stressful, she was happy.
Aliss didn't expect much when her boyfriend dragged her out of bed one night to watch a meteor shower. Then he was sure he had seen one come down closer to them than any before, that it was just over the hill. And though she expected it to be a wild goose chase, they actually found it.
In hindsight, Aliss really shouldn't have touched it. But she did and instead of just feeling rock, Aliss blinked and she was in a totally different place. A totally impossible place. When she opened her eyes, she was in what could only be a Jedi Temple.
Aliss doesn't know nearly enough about Star Wars to be able to navigate this world, but if she has any hopes of surviving, of getting home, she must remember everything her boyfriend told her about his favourite movies, even as someone who looks too much like him seems intent on killing her and a boy she knows will one day become one of the evilest people in the galaxy makes her heart flutter.
