Summary:

‼️DISCLAIMER‼️ Everyone in this story is aged up!! This story can also be found on Quotev.

꧁ {Y/N}, a 17 year old girl who was born and raised in South Park, finally gets her time in the spotlight. Of course, not as one of the towns beloved heroes. No, she was tired of always being made fun of. “Freak”, “Weirdo”, “Nerd”, these were names she heard daily, all because she had different interests. Sure, she held a D&D club after school and she kept mostly to herself and her interests, such as said game and theatre. No one other than the people in the club and the few people she was very close with knew who she was. This all led up to {Y/N}’s villain arc. Her breaking point. She was fed up. ꧂

Chapter 1: The Sad Truth

Chapter Text

There always seemed to be something going on in this small hick town known as South Park. There was never truly a break in the pure chaos that went down. It mainly revolved around four boys in particular, who {Y/N} did her best to steer clear of. She wanted nothing more than to avoid that mess. Speaking of, said girl looked up from her paper as she heard the bell ring, signaling the end of the school day. She packed up her papers, writing utensils, and all that jazz before getting up and slinging her bag over her shoulder to walk off to the empty classroom where she held her club meetings. She had been working on a new campaign all day and was excited to show it off to her players.

{Y/N} stepped into the empty classroom with a hum and a smile. She set her things down before looking at her phone. Almost immediately, her joyful smile fell. Along the screen read multiple texts from each person in her campaign saying they couldn’t make it. {Y/N} let out a frustrated groan. All of that hard work for nothing. She stormed out of the classroom and out of the school, straight to Tweek Bros. Coffee.

As the door opened, the familiar scent of warm coffee hit her nostrils and she took a seat at a booth, laying her head on the table before a familiar, warm hand touched her back. {Y/N} flinched in surprise at the touch and quickly shot her head up. Her eyes immediately meet a pair of pale blue ones. “ACK! S-sorry! Sorry, I didn’t mean to scare you!” The voice of her beloved best friend, Tweek, rang out after removing his hand. {Y/N} shakes her head in response with a sigh. “No, I it’s fine. You surprised me is all.” She mutters, earning a confused gaze from the boy. “Hey…did something happen?” He asks, his tone laced with worry. “They bailed on me again…” {Y/N} manages to whisper before placing her head back on the table.

She looks so miserable. Something always has to happen to make her feel like shit. I feel terrible. I just want to help. “Again?! Jesus, even after that whole thing you had planned?!” I exclaim. It was hard to keep calm, I wanted to find them and personally beat them up. Actually no, that’s way too much pressure. I’ll just tell Craig and let him do it. {Y/N} looks up at me again, but there are tears in her eyes. That made my heart hurt. I could feel my lips curve into a frown at the sight. She gives me a meek nod and looks down at the table before digging around in her bag and passing me a few papers. I look over them, my frown deepening. How could they bail on her when she came up with something this amazing?

{Y/N} never failed to inspire me with how, despite her life slowly going downhill ever since we were kids, she pushes through and comes out stronger. At least, that’s what I see. I get up to go make her a cup of coffee, handing it to her when I take my seat next to her once more.

Everything looks blurred. I could feel the tears pricking my eyes as I looked down at the papers Tweek gave back to me when he left. I look over at him when he brought me a coffee, a small smile gracing my lips as I wipe the tears that were threatening to fall. “You’re the best.” I mutter with a slight laugh at how he fidgeted with the hem of his poorly buttoned shirt. I take a sip of the warm beverage, made exactly how I liked it. I sigh in content as I pack up my things.

“What would I do without you?” I ask the twitching boy with a smile. “GAH! Without?! I don’t even wanna think about that!” He exclaims, making me laugh and side hug him with the arm that wasn’t holding the coffee. “Then don’t. Thank you again, Tweekers.” I grin, my mood swelling after the interaction with my best friend. I left the coffee shop and head home, coffee in hand. It’s been a long day.

{Y/N} trudged up to her room and tossed her bag on her bed with a grunt. She went to her closet to change clothes, spotting an outfit she hadn’t seen since elementary school. It brought back old memories as a wave of nostalgia hit her.

A younger {Y/N} ran up to the group of boys dressed in hero costumes with an excited smile. “Tweekers! Can I join you guys??” She asked, nearly bouncing from pure joy. The one known as ‘The Raccoon’ or Eric Cartman laughed in her face in response. “You’re a girl! You can’t play with us!” He yells. Her smile faltered as the few that were protesting were outnumbered by those who agreed with him. The poor girl’s demeanor changed as she turned and slinked off, muttering to herself. “If you aren’t going to include me, I’ll include myself with my own game.” She huffs. And thus, the creation of “Chance”, her villain alter ego, ensued.
