Summary
Vi's life is consumed by loneliness. She's rarely in her own home for longer than a week at a time. When her band's bassist decides to ditch a month before their concert, it becomes Vi's responsibility to find someone who can take up the position. When she's invited to a mic event for a small venue by a charismatic barista who happens to be a break-out artist, the connection she feels compels her to take a chance.
