They're childhood friends, they've been together for years, there was a time were Rui couldn't see her by his side, but thankfully, she's still there, and never left
A long time since the day they met had passed, Rui felt like all of that time was just one second in his life.
Somehow, all the good times he can remember in his life are all connected to her.
The first time, the day they met, he had no friends and was an outcast, but he found a girl with a heart who wanted to know more about his.
When he fell in love with shows, they enjoyed the same play, and Rui found out that shows can connect people just like both of them were connected by them.
When he found someone who wanted to spend time with him, someone who didn't see him as weird, she always loved going along with his ideas, and Rui felt so much happiness that decided shows were what he wanted to focus on.
He later understood that it was harder than just making a show, people didn't have a heart like her's, they saw his ideas, but didn't want to go along with them.
The time when she wasn't there was the time he felt the loneliness in his heart, and even if he found another wandering heart like his, it wasn't her's.
When he found an opportunity to make her get over her issues, her inner fights, he decided to take it, he wanted her to move forward.
It was then when making shows with those chaotic hearts, seeing her sing from the bottom of her own heart that he knew.
Long time ago, his heart chased one heart, his heart only wanted one and only person to share his love.
He knew the question a long time ago, but it wasn't bright enough for him to notice it; back then, he fell in love not only with shows, but with her.
He fell in love with Nene, and he knew his heart won't want anyone else to share this strong feelings, he wanted her and only her, a heart that matched his.
She trusted him dearly, and only wished the best for him.
He was a little eccentric, but full of good intentions and desires of making people happy with his ideas, she knew he will never harm someone else like other kids thought in the past.
He had a wonderful heart, that was for sure.
She felt a fire burn inside of her whenever she notice his golden eyes shine with a bright light whenever he talked about shows, about his ideas, about what he loved.
"You are a dear friend of mine, Nene, and both of us know that's not an easy word to use for me"
The fire in her heart burned even harder whenever she heard her name come with the sound of his voice, a soft song that could cure every disease made her heart burn in a way words could not explain.
It was that day, both of them walking together to go home from rehearsal, that the fire grew so much, and she asked to her heart
'Is this how it feels to fall in love?'
