Who was Pete? Him? It didn't make any sense. He was no one. He had no memory, no tie. Nothing.

Pete wakes up alone and injured in the woods with no memory of what happened to him or who he is. Vegas is not going to let him go easily. He still needs him. Vegas also tries to convince himself he is using Pete. That's all. There are no feelings involved here. -
