   Summary

   Fury makes use of the Winter Soldier for a questionable mission. Steve disapproves, Natasha goes along--although the reasons she gives for that may not be entirely correct. Tony takes issue with several things. Steve disapproves again. Sam just wants everyone to be reasonable, damn it.
