I [30M] feel really guilty about this whole affair so I'm just posting here on my side account. So my roommate [28M] has always been really really annoying. He pushes all the chores on me, makes me pay rent, complains about my sleep schedule, and how I don't "act like his upperclassman". He is petty, annoying, stubborn and ridiculously infuriating. I can't wait until I can move out and be done with him once and for all. But now he's going out every night to fancy restaurants all over Sumeru City and he's saying that he's going on dates. How can a man with such a temper and the emotional capabilities of a slime even snag a date??? And when he's gone, it just makes me feel weird, like I don’t want him to go out and have fun. I'm scared that I'm being jealous of him again. AITA?

Ugh… I hope this isn't revealing too much. So my roommate is something of a genius. I mean, so am I, I guess, but he has a cushy 9 to 5 job, he's objectively really hot, and he's really ripped. So buff. He keeps on saying how he's a "feeble scholar" but he has abs so hard you can grate cheese on them. He has it pretty smooth but I know he has his share of tragedy, and I hate demeaning his loss, but I just can't help but feel jealous of his life, you know?

He’s going out with his fellow alumni from Haravatat and some Mahamata officials, all men because he’s gay, and I know some of them, but not well. I think it’s weird though, just because they don’t seem like his type. They’re all so quiet and reserved in the shy way, not in the bitchy introvert way he is. I bet with how much he looks like your stereotypical cishet man, his type is either the ridiculously twinky flamboyant guys or someone who looks as default settings as him. I can see how his ridiculous skin tight top that just so happens to show off his chiselled abs looks like arguable gay fashion, but it just makes him look like a gymbro. Admittedly it’s a good look on him, but still, it makes him look like a walking red flag if you didn’t know him.
