"Talk about messy family relationships." Raph sneered.
Leo and Kerai were sat on the sofa in the lair, popcorn between them watching TV.
"Dude, What?" Leo replied. While Karai looked away avoiding Raph's face. Leo was holding Raph's Stare. Steady and unrelenting.
"You and Kerai. Must be weird. Being siblings and all that."
"Well, yeah. At first. But why are you brining this up now?" Leo replied. Looking at Raph more confused than anything else.
"We've moved past that." Karai stated. standing up, defensive.
"Just thought you two looked...cozy."
"You know what? Fuck it." Leo snapped, finally getting out of his seat. "You want to talk about it? Let's talk Raphael."
Raph, felt himself blink at Leo swearing. He wasn't expecting that reaction. A piss off? Yes. Embarrassment? Definitely. But not that.
"Huh?" Raph said dumbly.
"Funny that you suddenly have nothing to say." Karai Said, rolling her eyes, and crossing her arms
"Of course it was weird. But he's my BROTHER. Any of those feelings disappeared the second I found out. What exactly are we meant to do? Pretend the other doesn't exist?"
"I guess." Raph said. Again dumbly. Karai only glared at that.
"I'm going to be honest. I was felt kinda relieved to find out." Leo said, shrugging his shoulders.
Raph felt his face scrunch up in shock. Looking at Karai, he could tell she was just as confused as he was.
"You weren't...horrified?" Karai, asked in a small voice.
"Was I meant too?" Leo replied, Joining in on the confusion.
"Well... Kinda? I know I was a little bit." Raph stated.
"It's just that it explained why... I didn't like Kerai as much as I thought I should have... You know?" Leo explained.
"No. Not really Bro."
"I definitely felt horrified."
"It's just I've never liked a girl before. And I didn't feel like how everyone said I should feel. I thought that maybe I subconsciously knew?" Leo explained more.
Karai and Raph just stared at him some more.
"Like those feelings, I've only ever had for Ca...." Leo trailed off. Suddenly looking horrified. About what? Raph wasn't sure.
"OH MY GOD!" Leo Suddenly yelled. Taking Raph and Karai by surprise. As he suddenly started passing the floor. He looked on the verge of panicking.
"You good there? Bro?" Raph asked. Grabbing his brother by his shoulders. Stopping his brother in his tracks.
"NOPE."
"What's going on up there?" Karai gently pressed on.
"I-I-" Leo spluttered.
Yeah. This was serious. Leo rarely was uneloquent or what ever that word is, Raph thought. Leo sat on the sofa, head in his hands.
"Care to explain?" Raph pressed thurther. Leo sat up straight, and took a deep breath.
"I've never liked a girl." Leo rushed out
"You mentioned that." Raph replied.
"I- I Don't think... that I ever- That I ever will." Leo was avoiding their gazes.
"So... You're Gay?" Karai asked gently. Leo nodded.
"That's not what I was expecting to come out." Raph said. Leo snorted at that.
"I think I always kinda knew... But didn't want to accept it. I guess." He was still looking at the floor.
"There's nothing wrong with you. That's what you need to accept." Karai put her hand on his shoulder, raph sat next to him, slinging an arm around his shoulder. Leo looked up.
"Wait... Hold on." raph could feel the clogs Turing. "CASEY?!"
Now Leo's face had gone bright red. This. Raph could have fun with this.
"Of all the guys you could have your big gay awakening to? It had to be Casey?!" Raph asked, Scandalised.
Leo leant back to the soda covering his eyes. But he was snickering.
"You think I chose this?! Don't be homophobic." Leo shot back. Causing a laugh to be forced out of him.
"I'm not being homophobic. I just expected my older brother to have higher standards than Casey."
"Isn't he your best friend?" Karai asked.
"That is NOT the point!"
The convosation ended there and all three of them settled on the sofa to finish watching the film. When April and Casey walked in. To which Raph just had to look and grin at Leo, for him to react. Causing Leo to punch him in the shoulder.
'worth it' Raph thought. Oh, he could have so much fun with this Infomation. As he looked over at Casey and Leo playing on the ping ball machine.
