Raph has always struggled with keeping himself in check. He's always had out bursts and episodes that end up hurting those around him.
He just hadn't allowed himself to dwell on that fact until he sees the outcome of his actions firsthand. When he learns that Mikey's been hiding things from them and feels that he deserves the hits Raph dishes out, who can Raph blame but himself?

Leo finds himself in a time loop and is forced to try and grab the key over and over again. He's determined to grab the key, so what if this is like the 5th or 4th time it's fallen out of his hands!? He is Neon Leon, defeater of the Shredder, he can do anything!
Isssss what he said 12 loops ago. Surely the 12th time is the charm, ....or maybe the 15th, ....feeling lucky on 20? Screw it, he's going to Run Of The Mill before everything resets, AGAIN.
Or: Basically Leo is forced in a endless cycle of losing the key and getting reset to the roof top. Will he get the key or will he be trapped in this endless cycle forever?

“Raphael,” she said gently. “I know it’s difficult for you to use the past tense-”
“It’s not difficult, it’s just wrong,” Raph growled. He couldn’t look at her. This was the thing. The thing that made everyone look at him with pity. Like he was defective or broken. Like he was some stupid idiot who couldn’t get with the program.
But it was everyone else who was wrong. Raph was the only one who was living in reality.
“Leo. Isn’t. Dead.”
_________________It's been two years since Leo's disappearance. The city has erected a monument in Bryant Park to honor and mourn New York's bravest young hero.
While Leo's statue sits in the park, Raph sits in therapy. Everyone believes Raph is too traumatized, too wounded to process the loss of his brother.
But there's something Raph can't explain, something only he can feel, something everybody wants him to ignore. It whispers softly somewhere in the deepest corners of his mind: he's still here.
Raph listens.

In episode 1 the only reason they escaped is because of Mayhem… so what if they didn't get out? What if they stayed trapped with Draxum— the scientist bent on making our boys into human-killing warriors?
How long would it take for them to escape? How long would it take them to give up?
How long until they break?
Or
The Mad Dogs never escape Draxum’ lab, and are forced to become his soldiers. But April is human, so Draxum mutated her and keeps her above the boy’s heads as a hostage. Here’s the kicker though… how long will it take for Splinter to notice them gone anyway?
