Kaiman stared down on Leonardo and said in his deep, nauseating voice: “The code of honor you choose live by is only for the weak and the fools, of which you are both.” As he continued staring at the much smaller turtle, he issued the very real threat: "The punish shock is capable of causing severe harm and possibly killing you. Do you understand?"
*Beep* went the neuro-tech disruptor attached to Leo that was used to shock him into submission.
Leo nodded his head without taking his eyes off the tempting jug of cold salvation in Kaiman's hand.
"And yet you still choose to refrain from taking a life?" he next asked.
*Beep*
Leo nodded his head again.
After that, Kaiman gave him a devious grin and had the nerve to tip the jug up to his own mouth to take a big swig right in front of him, before setting it down on the floor directly outside the glass wall between them.
“You would have earned your water today if you had obeyed my command. Let this be a lesson for you.”

Heavily focuses on themes of learning to love oneself, forgiveness, overcoming trauma, and strengthening familial bonds. Features many Rise-ified characters from various iterations, insert artwork for specifc moments (chapters 18, 24, 31, 39, 50, and 76 currently), and is planned for four major arcs. Summary
Mayhem is a TMNT Iteration where the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are human instead in the early 2000s in Brooklyn, New York. Their best friends, Casey Jones, April O’Neil, Irma Langinstein (nobody really likes Irma but she follows April EVERYWHERE,) and Karai (who’s too cool to have a last name,) are always around and hanging out. When they find some shady, pristine building that suddenly appeared in the middle of Brooklyn, they for some reason felt compelled to check it out. They discover the building is called the TCRI and is creating mutants to use for their evil doings and housing the Kraang and run they to the cops, who laugh them off as nothing but teenagers on a high. They take matters into their own hands for dealing with the Kraang and the other obstacles that get thrown at them, determined to protect their city whether the cops believed them or not. They’re constantly fronted by an ally of the TCRI, Shredder, who wants nothing more to kill these meddling punks. They weave through personal relationships, side quests, and the occasional government kidnapping. 8 teenagers with nothing but each other and a dream, all told to you by the very ‘reliable’ narrator Raphael!
