   It's 2428. Anything that doesn’t fit into a HPSC box is different, and different means uncontrollable. (Hawks' form something barely human—but it's easy enough to train the body and brain to something passable.)

   The world is changing, and there's very little Hawks can do to stop it before the crescendo.
