Summary
War never changes.
In another world, with endless threats encroaching on their lives, humanity once again found reason to wage war on itself for the simplest, and pettiest, of reasons. Now, decades after the near total destruction of the surface, most of the population of Remnant survives in massive underground vaults. But even with this near total isolation from one another, conflict still arises. For if one thing is true of mankind, it is that it will always wage war. and war, never changes.
