Summary
Camellias can tolerate surprisingly low temperatures.
Kouyou has some of the shrubs in her own garden that she likes to tend to in her free time. They bloom from late December to early March, so in that time, the space outside her house looks particularly nice. The flowers have a broad range of colors; some of them are red, but there are also more toned, pinkish ones. Whenever Mori visits her during that period, he always tells her that the second type resembles her hair color a lot.
Despite that, the sight of a few petals in her palm after a small cough is quite unexpected.
