Summary
This story follows the journey of Yahaba and Kyoutani, two high school volleyball players who start off as rivals but eventually develop a deep connection. The story explores themes of rivalry, friendship, love, and personal growth.
Yahaba initially sees Kyoutani as his rival and competes fiercely against him on the volleyball court. However, as time passes, Yahaba begins to develop feelings for Kyoutani, which he struggles to come to terms with. Watari, Yahaba's best friend, notices these feelings and playfully teases Yahaba about them.
Yahaba and Kyoutani's paths continue to cross outside of volleyball, with chance encounters and moments of tension. Yahaba's feelings for Kyoutani become more evident, but he keeps them hidden, unsure of how Kyoutani feels in return.
