Takemichi paced back and forth in his apartment, anxiety gnawing at his insides. Nahoya and Souya, had gone out earlier in the evening, promising to be back home by 9 PM. But now it was past 1 AM, and he hadn't received any calls or messages from them.

As Takemichi anxiously checked his phone for the hundredth time, his mind raced with worry. He couldn't shake off the feeling that something might have gone wrong. Nahoya and Souya were usually punctual and considerate, always making sure to let him know if they were running late. But tonight, the silence was deafening.

Unable to bear the suspense any longer, Takemichi decided to take action. He grabbed his jacket and headed out into the cool night, determined to find his beloved partners and make sure they were safe.

His heart pounded in his chest as he walked the dimly lit streets, each step fueling his worry. Takemichi's mind is filled with scenarios of accidents, dangerous encounters, and every possible negative outcome. He cursed himself for not insisting on accompanying them or at least knowing their exact plans.

As he continued his search, his eyes caught a glimpse of familiar figures huddled under a streetlamp in the distance. It was Nahoya and Souya, looking tired but unharmed. Relief washed over Takemichi, and he rushed towards them.

"Nahoya! Souya! Where have you been? I was so worried!" Takemichi exclaimed, his voice laced with both relief and concern.

The twins turned towards him, their eyes widening in surprise. "Takemichi? What are you doing here?" Nahoya asked, his voice reflecting both confusion and guilt.

"I've been waiting for your call or message. It's past 1 AM, and I was so worried when I didn't hear anything from you," Takemichi replied, his voice trembling slightly.

Souya's expression softened, and he reached out to take Takemichi's hand. "We're so sorry, Takemichi. We didn't realise how late it had gotten. Our phone batteries died, and we lost track of time," he explained, his voice filled with remorse.

Nahoya nodded in agreement, regret etched on his face. "It was our fault for not keeping you informed. We should have known better," he admitted, his voice filled with regret.

Takemichi felt a mixture of relief and frustration. He was relieved that they were safe and unharmed, but he couldn't help but be upset that they had caused him so much worry. However, as he looked into their sincere eyes, he realised that they hadn't meant to cause him distress.

Squeezing their hands, Takemichi let out a breath he didn't know he was holding. "I'm just glad you're both okay. But please, next time, let me know if anything unexpected happens. I care about you both, and I worry when I don't hear from you," he said, his voice filled with a mix of affection and concern.

Nahoya and Souya nodded, their expressions remorseful. "We promise, Takemichi. We'll always keep you informed, no matter what," Souya assured him, his voice sincere.

Takemichi smiled, feeling the weight of worry gradually lifting from his shoulders. He realised that even in the best relationships, miscommunication and misunderstandings were bound to happen. But what mattered most was how they resolved them and learned from their mistakes.

Nahoya and Souya exchanged guilty glances as they followed Takemichi back to their apartment. They couldn't help but feel remorseful for causing him such distress. They had always prided themselves on being considerate partners, and yet they had let their communication slip this time, causing unnecessary worry.

Once they were inside their apartment, Nahoya and Souya sat down with Takemichi on the couch. They knew they needed to explain themselves and apologize sincerely.

"Takemichi, we're truly sorry for not keeping you informed," Nahoya began, his voice tinged with regret. "We never intended to make you worry like that. It was thoughtless of us not to charge our phones or at least find a way to let you know we were safe."

Souya nodded in agreement, his eyes filled with remorse. "You mean the world to us, Takemichi, and your happiness and well-being are our top priority. We should have been more responsible and considerate. We're really sorry."

Takemichi looked at them, his eyes filled with a mixture of understanding and affection. "I know you both didn't mean to cause me worry. And I believe you when you say you're sorry. But please understand that I worry because I care about you deeply. I don't want anything to happen to either of you."

Nahoya and Souya exchanged a warm smile, feeling grateful for Takemichi's forgiveness. "We understand, Takemichi," Nahoya replied softly. "And we promise you that we'll do better. From now on, we'll make sure to keep you informed about our whereabouts and any changes in our plans. We don't want you to worry unnecessarily."

Souya reached out and took Takemichi's hand, squeezing it gently. "You're our rock, Takemichi. We need you just as much as you need us. We'll work on improving our communication because we want our relationship to be built on trust and understanding."

Takemichi's eyes softened as he listened to their heartfelt words. He could see the sincerity in their eyes and feel the genuine remorse in their voices. In that moment, he knew that their love for him was real and that they were willing to learn and grow together.

Wrapping his arms around both Nahoya and Souya, Takemichi pulled them into a tight embrace. "I appreciate your honesty, and I'm grateful for your commitment to improving our communication. We're a team, and we'll face any challenges that come our way together."
