Following the timeline of the series, set at the beginning of season 2, this story follows Succession from the perspective of two women: Karolina Novotney, head of PR and communications at Waystar Royco; and Finnegan "Finn" Roy, youngest daughter of media-mogul Logan Roy.Karolina and Finn have, naturally, crossed paths before. But when Logan finally convinces Finn to come into the firm, something inexplicable sparks between the two women. Something they shouldn't act upon. And yet, that proves easier said than done.
TLDR: Karolina Novotney was criminally underused in the series, and this is the appreciation she deserves -- given in the form of a Roy of her own that she can finally spar with.
