With Black Mask dead and the crime lord’s operation at a standstill, Two-Face, Penguin, Harley Quinn, etc. fight to become the next boss of Gotham’s most ruthless villains. The Riddler is concentrating on his next generation of supreme riddles to lure in this ‘Spirit of Batman’ Riddler knew he wasn’t dead. He may have everyone else fooled, but not him.
