- i adore the vibe of this fic, so warm-hearted but with the undercurrents of something warmer and sweeter with imasahi (i have so much love for them)
- lots of casual intimacy, and insanely accurate characterisation of everyone, most especially Asahi 🥺

the kiss and confession were the utmost endearing aspects of this chapter, yes, but the highlight is this
this is why Asahi is my comfort character, this is what makes him impossibly increasingly lovable in my eyes, heart and soul. Bc while I am terribly anxious like he is, while there were past bad experiences that kickstarted the anxiety, what I want most is for the whole room and everyone in it to feel at ease, so that I can also be at ease. It’s easier to feel less overwhelmed and afraid when the room has a nicer atmosphere and the people are friendly. This part is what makes him the relatable, loving sweetheart of mine. He’s selfless, considerate, and precious in a way i don’t feel about myself and that’s why I love him so dearly.
