Will Graham, a young Italian police officer, finds Hannibal Lecter sitting in front of the Primavera after a killing of a couple was found. With confidence, Will knows Hannibal is the one they call Il Mostro, but he can’t prove it. Hannibal is let go.
Over a decade passes and fate decides to bring them together in Baltimore through the killings of the Chesapeake Ripper. Will is sent into a frustrating journey of hitting constant road blocks when attempting to find concrete evidence on Hannibal. The word circumstantial haunts his dreams.
