I hear a familiar feminine voice. I want to open my eyes, but it’s as if my eyes are glued shut.
“Hello? Aether?”
I can’t move my body either. Why am I so… immobile?
“Aether, please wake up!”
Finally, I blink my eyes open. I try to lift my head, but I still can’t quite move the rest of my body. I meet my sister’s concerned golden gaze, who is kneeled by my left side.
“Mph…”
“Aether!” She grabs my hand. “Are you okay?”'29 students. 29 Ultimate talents. 29 lives that could be lost either by murder or execution.
Aether and Lumine get accepted into the Sumeru Akademiya due to their Ultimate talents and are expected to begin their first year in attendance. They are instead surprised by a stuffed robotic bear named Monokuma who operates a killing game they need to survive, amongst 27 classmates - all of which are imprisoned in the school. With motives presented, a promised graduation to those who kill and get away with murder, despair is progressively spread across the student body, and someone is the mastermind behind it. There is only one way to find out...
