   Amy Rose, famous author of a popular fantasy book series, is constantly on the edge, trying to protect herself from a hostile fanbase. Her only escape? Writing steamy romance novels under the pen name “Athena Martel”
   Shadow the Hedgehog is a local bookshop barista looking for a new job after being fired from his mysterious old career. A diehard fan of Amy's newest novels, but somehow knows nothing of "Whispers of Solaris" or even Rose herself.
   After finally getting to meet his favorite author at a book signing, Shadow slowly begins to unearth the many names of Amy Rose.
