“Isn’t it because you like me?” the girl asked, her voice sounding small. “You told me at the party that I was your ideal type.”
“I know what I said,” Yeonjun said, his voice sounding slightly unsettling. Soobin couldn’t pinpoint why. “But the truth is, I’m actually just hungry. And you smell so fucking good.”
Soobin froze in place, his heart leaping to his throat. No. It couldn’t be…
He suddenly heard a piercing scream. He spun around just in time to see Yeonjun lunging at the girl, his face buried in her neck and blood splattered onto the forest floor.
Before he could stop himself, he was letting out a piercing scream. He felt like his whole world had come crashing down on him.
Yeonjun…his best friend and hyung…was a vampire.
