   Summary

   In this sprawling, messy post canon story, Cloud has disappeared from Tifa's life, only to reappear months later spitting hate and rage, and driving her friends from her.

   Meanwhile Sephiroth has appeared in Aerith's church, broken, ill and missing most of his strength. Tifa, mourning her lost relationship with Cloud, makes a mysterious agreement to help him.

   Genesis finds himself seduced by Tifa's strength and her sadness, but the same shared past that draws them together also drives them apart.
