Work Text:

Seungmin knew he had the boys wrapped around his finger. They all had their ways to spoil their boyfriend and it was kind of nice from time to time to be taken care of.

Seungmin had been sitting in the dorm living room, enjoying their day off their hectic work schedule. All the boys had gone out for the day so that left Seungmin lounging around the house and enjoying the quiet.

He had finished catching up on a tv series and now was just mindlessly scrolling through his phone. Eventually, he found his eyes falling closed as his body drifted off to sleep.

He had awoken sometime later to the chatter of several boys. It was pretty clear he had slept a good chunk of the day and is finally waking up to some, if not all, the boys coming back home. He tried to drown out the conversation, his body still wanting to rest a little longer.

Until one voice came clear through his ears.

“Guys, shh. Seungmin’s sleeping.”

Changbin.

It was always so sweet how much Changbin watched out for him, especially when he knew Seungmin was tired. It wasn’t long until the sounds quieted down around him and he felt his body relax once more at the silence.

He barely noticed the arms slip under his legs and back, or the loss of the soft couch underneath him. His body worked on autopilot as he curled into the mystery man who was carrying him. The last thing Seungmin vaguely remembers is his back hitting a soft surface once more before he’s fully back asleep.

Seungmin finally wakes up fully after a few hours, stretching a little as he moves to sit up.

“Good morning sunshine.” Seungmin hears behind him, making him jump a little.

Seungmin turns his head, finding Changbin lying beside him in the bed. Seungmin offers him a small smile, laying back down and wrapping his arms around the older boy.

“Did you sleep well, Minnie?” Changbin asks, brushing some hair out of Seungmin’s face.

Seungmin nods, burying his face deeper into the boy’s shoulder. Changbin lets out a small chuckle, pulling Seungmin further into his arms, and drawing small circles into the younger boy’s back. Together the two lie there for a little while longer, just enjoying the quiet and each other's company.

The two finally decide to abandon the bed, heading down the hallway hand in hand to where the others were sitting eating dinner.

“Looks like someone’s finally up.” I.N. comments.

“Yeah, Binnie wouldn’t let anyone in your room until you woke up.” Minho comments, “He kept complaining that we were too loud.”

Seungmin chuckles, glancing over to the older boy who was glancing everywhere but Seungmin’s way.

“I think we should eat, you’ve been sleeping a long time.”

Seungmin smiles, and pressed a kiss to Changbin’s cheek, “Okay, Hyungie.” With that, the two find their way to their seats before digging into the meal in front of them.

————————

Seungmin was hiding away in his room, playing games on his phone. They had a long practice that day and he just wanted to wind down and relax. The other boys were in other parts of the dorm, leaving his room quiet.

… for the time being.

“Minnie!” Seungmin can hear Hyunjin’s voice right before a rapid knocking comes on his door. At least he was courteous even when he was extremely excited about something.

“Come in, Hyung.” Seungmin calls.

The door cracks open and before he knows it Seungmin is falling back onto his bed, a weight suddenly weighing on his legs. After the initial shock he processes the fact that Hyunjin was now laying over him, the only thing separating the two boys was Hyunjin’s hands holding him above the younger boy.

“Did Jisung-Hyung dare you to chug an energy drink again?” Seungmin asks, a small smile spreading across his face as he stares up at the jittering boy.

“No, not this time at least. I just have great news!” Hyunjin says, sitting up to where he was sitting on Seungmin’s lap. Seungmin takes a second to adjust himself, propping his back against his headboard.

“Okay, so what’s the great news then, Hyungie?” Seungmin asks curiously.

It was a rarity for Hyunjin to be this energetic, it must have been something truly amazing for him to be this excited.

“I got tickets to the Korean Series game!”

It takes a second for Seungmin to process what Hyunjin had just told him.

“What? But I thought… how? They sold out almost immediately.”

“I have my ways.” Hyunjin chuckles before smiling wide once more, “Oh, and I almost forgot, they’re right above the bullpen!”

“What?!”

“Yeah, right there behind home plate!”

Seungmin was getting just excited as Hyunjin, if not more.

“You are magical, Hyungie! But…. you’re not even that big of a fan of baseball? Why did you get tickets?”

“Because you like it, silly!” Hyunjin responds like it’s obvious, “I know how excited you’ve been for this game and I figured you’d enjoy it more if you were there.”

“But what about our schedule?”

“I might have also worked my magic on that too…” Hyunjin replied simply, “Just be aware we might have a few extra days of harder training because of it.”

“That’s fine, I don’t mind. Do you think the guys will be mad if we miss practice though?”

“Well, I said I got tickets… I just didn’t tell you how many I managed to get.”

“You didn’t!”

“Yup, eight tickets so you can force all seven of your boyfriends to go with you. Well technically I got twelve cause of our staff but that’s beside the point.”

“Hyunjin!” Seungmin said in shock, “That must have cost an arm and a leg!”

“Something like that, but it’s worth it to see how much your face lit up when I told you. Or how smiley you will be while we’re at the game.”

Seungmin smiles, sitting up as he wraps his arms around Hyunjin’s waist. He plants a kiss against the older boy's lips for a quick peck, “Did I ever tell you you’re my favorite?”

“Sure I am.” Hyunjin jokes, “Not like you’ll tell every member that.”

“You do it too.” Seungmin mumbles into his shoulder.

Hyunjin smiles, rubbing his fingers through Seungmin’s hair, “Touché.”

—————————-

I.N. lets out a laugh as yet again he wins against Felix. The two boys were sitting on the couch in the living room playing against each other on a new game I.N. had just bought when Seungmin walks into the room.

“What’ya playing?” Seungmin asks, taking a seat next to Felix.

“This new game I.N. just bought, he’s been kicking my ass,” Felix answers simply.

“Language.” Seungmin hears calls from the kitchen, most likely from Chan. Seungmin chuckles.

“I’m sure I could beat him,” Seungmin says, a little cocky.

“Damnit!” Felix shouts as once again I.N. had bested him, “Okay if you’re so sure, you can see how hard it is.”

Felix passes over the controller, getting up from his spot on the couch, “I’m going to go take a shower, I.N. tell me how badly you kick his ass.”

By this point, Seungmin was sure Felix was swearing so much to spite Chan.

Seungmin chuckles, “He won’t beat me.”

“Spoken bravely for someone who doesn’t know how the controls work.” I.N. chimes in.

… he was right.

So after a few minutes of I.N. explaining the game and how the controls worked, they started their first match. It didn’t take I.N. long to beat Seungmin, having already invested so many hours into the game.

“I’m just getting used to it, let’s go again,” Seungmin responds, his competitive streak starting to come out.

It was only after the third time I.N. had beaten the boy that he realized that Seungmin wouldn’t let it go until he beat the boy. I.N. normally didn’t mind playing video games, and he normally didn’t show mercy to the boys when they played. But he was getting a little tired and truthfully he thought Seungmin was adorable when he won.

It didn’t take a genius to realize that I.N. started to pull his punches, eventually letting Seungmin take over and win their next round.

“Ha! I did it!” Seungmin shouts a smile spread wide across his face.

I.N. knew losing was worth seeing that smile.

“Yes, you beat me. Congratulations.”

“Let’s go again!” Seungmin says, his attention already turning back to the TV before I.N. could even respond.

With that, the two boys play a few more rounds and every time I.N. lets the older boy win. With every win, Seungmin seemed to get more excited as he celebrated each victory.

“I think it’s a good time to shower and get some rest,” I.N. says, exiting out of the game.

“I think you’re right, all this winning has me tired.” Seungmin teases.

“I bet. Should I tuck Hyungie into bed?” I.N. jokes back.

“Why is Innie feeling tired and wanting cuddles tonight?”

“…maybe.”

Seungmin chuckles, “Okay then, my bed or yours?”

The two boys get showered and changed for bed before ending up in Seungmin’s bed cuddling. As the pair drift off to sleep a small comment slips from the older boy’s mouth.

“Thank you for letting me win, Innie.”

I.N. just chuckled, pulling Seungmin in closer and giving him a small peck on the forehead.

——————————

Seungmin was in a snacking mood after practice today. He spent some time digging around in the kitchen trying to find something that sounded at least a little appetizing to him. Nothing had sounded quite right, that is until one particular treat crossed his mind.

Normally he would just make himself something quick to snack on but what he was craving wasn’t something he could make himself.

That’s how he found himself outside of Felix’s room, knocking on his door. It takes a few seconds before a sleepy Felix with tousled hair opens the door, he must have settled into a nap immediately after practice.

“Minnie? Is everything okay?” Felix asks.

“Yeah, I’m sorry Hyungie. I didn’t mean to wake you.”

“It’s fine, I shouldn’t be sleeping so long anyways.” Felix mutters, rubbing his eyes, “What did you need?”

Seungmin felt guilty. It didn’t seem right to bug Felix with that after having just woken him up from his nap.

“It’s okay, I shouldn’t bug you.”

“Seungmin stop it, you’re not bugging me. Now what do you want, Puppy?”

“Well… I was kind of wanting something sweet and your brownies sounded kind of nice.” Seungmin admits. “But I get it if you’re too tired to make them, you don’t have to.”

Felix chuckles, petting the younger boy’s hair, “It’s fine, Minnie. How about we make them together?”

“Sure, that sounds like fun.” Seungmin agrees.

Together the two boys make their way to the kitchen. They both take the time to find all their ingredients and supplies. It doesn’t take too long before Felix starts the process of making the brownies with Seungmin assisting him however he needed.

It took some time and Seungmin even wanted to be a little impatient at times. But Felix reassured the boy that they wouldn’t be as good if they didn’t have to go through all this trouble and it would become worth it soon enough.

Felix was right, it was all worth it when Seungmin finally heard the timer for the brownies go off. He nearly forgot oven mitts as he rushes to take out the delicious treats.

“They need to cool down a little first or you’ll burn your mouth,” Felix warns, stopping the boy from immediately digging in.

“But they smell so good! And they look delicious.” Seungmin whines.

Felix chuckles giving a kiss to the younger boy’s forehead.

“Okay okay, how about we both shower quickly and get into some comfy PJs? We can pick out a movie and by that time the brownies should be cool enough for you to eat.”

With a little pout Seungmin nods, “Okay, I guess we can do that.”

Felix chuckles at the boy before dragging him off to gather clothes before his shower. Felix took the time to pick out his clothes and take a shower as well.

Soon enough Seungmin found himself sitting on the couch, watching a movie with Felix and munching on their still decently warm brownies.

Yeah, those brownies hit the spot.

————————————

The practice had dragged on for too long today, or at least that’s how Seungmin felt. They had finished brushing up on their newer choreography and they were now circling to some of their older songs to prepare for their upcoming tour.

They had been in the dance studio for nearly five hours and Seungmin was tired of staring down his sweaty reflection as they drilled the song ‘just one more time’.

So the mischievous side of Seungmin decided to rear its head. He knew exactly who he wanted to target too, a certain dance leader.

It started out innocently, or at least that’s what Seungmin believed. As Minho was at the computer, resetting the song Seungmin ran over and gave his bum a little tap before rushing back to his place. Luckily his position was in the back so by the time Minho turned around Seungmin had been pretty much in his place and wasn’t caught.

Except Minho definitely knew it was him, but he’ll let Seungmin think he got away with it… for now.

It eventually turned into a game for Seungmin, giving Minho’s bum a little tap or small smack every chance he got. He had succeeded a handful of times without ‘getting caught’. Truthfully Minho had caught on fairly quickly that it was Seungmin, especially because he would watch him run away in the mirror after doing it.

“I think it’s time for a water break,” Minho calls, pausing the music.

The boys head off to where their scattered water bottles were. Seungmin found himself following behind Minho to his own bottle. A smile spreads across his face, he couldn’t resist. He reaches out to Minho’s bum once more, smacking it.

This time a hand grasps Seungmin’s wrist as Minho spins around to look at him.

“If you wanted to touch my bum so badly you could have just said so, Puppy.” Minho teases.

Seungmin is surprised by the sudden movement and the comment but the smile never leaves his face as he replies, “I figured I’d repay you for all the times you do it to me.”

Minho chuckles, wrapping his arms around Seungmin’s waist, “That sounds like an excuse to touch my bum.”

Seungmin shakes his head, “Whatever you say, Hyungie.”

Minho smirks, “Oh is that so?”

Before he knew it Seungmin felt a hard smack on both of his bum cheeks, “Hey!”

“Sorry, just paying you back for all your bum smacks.” Minho teases.

“Okay okay, you have a point.”

Minho smiled at the boy and for a second Seungmin thought that’s where it would end.

It did not.

Minho was quick, attacking Seungmin’s neck with kisses, his hands moving up to tickle at his sides. Seungmin squirmed in the older boy’s grasp, trying his best to fight off the tickle attack.

Soon enough Minho released Seungmin from his hold, laughing as the younger boy tries to catch his breath.

“Now that was payback for your bum attacks.” Minho claims, “But enough messing around, drink some water before we have to start again.”

Minho held out a bottle of water for the boy, waiting for him to take it before giving him another quick kiss on his cheek. Soon enough the boys finished their break and went back to practicing.

The boys worked for another hour or so, and the whole time Seungmin continued to mess with Minho in little ways. Smacking his bum, tickling his side, hell he even managed to change the song without Minho noticing. Everything was going fine and the other boys were laughing at Seungmin’s shenanigans.

That is until…

It was a complete accident, honestly. Seungmin saw the opportunity to land a good smack onto Minho’s bum and he didn’t want to miss his chance. The only problem is when Seungmin decided to do this was the same time Minho had spun around, per his movement in the dance. Instead of a nice bum, the hand connects with a much… sensitive part of Minho’s body.

He smacked him in the dick.

This prompted the older boy to double over in pain from the sudden attack on his nether regions. The other boys burst into laughter as they processed what had happened to Minho. Seungmin stood in shock and a little fear.

Minho was okay with messing around from time to time but he was sure not to let Seungmin off easy after smacking him in the crotch.

As the older boy pulled himself together Seungmin made quick work, ducking behind the closest boyfriend he could which so happened to be Jisung.

“What the fuck!” Minho calls in the direction of Seungmin who sinks further behind Jisung.

The room falls silent as Minho’s voice takes over the space. Everyone was standing, locked in their places as Minho walks forward towards Seungmin and consequently Jisung too.

“Kim Seungmin.” Minho’s voice was stern as he stood in front of the two boys.

Seungmin wrapped his arms loosely around Jisung, cementing him in place and using him as a makeshift shield between him and Minho. Seungmin was grateful for Jisung was not up and running the second Minho approached him. It made him feel even better when Jisung stood up for him.

“You know he didn’t mean to hurt you, Hyung. It was a mistake.”

The rational part of Minho’s brain knew that was true, but he was still a little in pain and still annoyed from Seungmin messing around for the latter half of the practice.

“Still, Seungmin you know we shouldn’t be messing around this much during practice, especially with our tour coming up.”

Seungmin lets out a sigh, peeking his head out from Jisung’s shoulder, “I know I know, I just got bored. We’ve been locked up in the room all day.”

Minho lets out a heavy sigh, giving a small nod to the boy, “That is true, but we still need to brush up on all these dances. If we focus we could probably get the rest of them done quickly and be out of here.”

Seungmin nods, letting his hands drop from around Jisung, “Okay, I guess you’re right… let’s just finish out practice then.”

Minho nods and slowly the tension from the room disappeared as Minho moves back to the computer, starting on the next song they have to brush up on.

The rest of practice flies by and before they know it they’re packing up and heading out of the dance practice room. Seungmin feels a hand on his shoulder and glances over to see Minho with a smirk.

“I never did repay you for that little accident back there, Minnie.”

Seungmin gulps.

Well until another boy appears at their side, “You know it was a mistake, Hyungie. Just let it go.” Jisung butts in.

“You’re more than welcome to take the punishment for him,” Minho responds.

Jisung glances between the two before letting out a sigh, “Sure, why not.”

“Great, then you get to hang back with me and drill the songs some more.” Minho says, clasping a hand on Jisung’s shoulder, “Have a goodnight Minnie, also don’t forget to thank your Hyung for saving you.”

Seungmin gives a simple nod to the two boys, “Goodnight Lino-hyung. Thank you, Hannie-Hyung.”

Seungmin didn’t hesitate to escape the room before Minho decided to take him hostage too.

A few hours later Seungmin found himself lounging on the couch with Jisung’s legs thrown over him, giving the older boy a massage on his legs.

“You really didn’t have to do that for me, Hyungie,” Seungmin mutters, feeling a little guilty after seeing how exhausted Jisung looked.

“It’s okay, I’d do it again if I had to. I’m just glad you got to relax after practice.”

“Yeah, even though it should have been you relaxing instead.”

“I can rest later, plus we can just chalk it up to you owing me a Minho punishment now.”

Seungmin chuckles, “Okay, but I know you’d never cash that in.”

Jisung smiles at the younger boy, “You’re not wrong. But we can pretend I will at least.”

“Whatever you want, Hyungie,” Seungmin says, grabbing ahold of the older boy’s hand before placing a kiss on the back of it.

“Great, then I get to pick the show we watch then.”

“Fine…” Seungmin playfully groans, he secretly enjoys whatever Jisung ends up picking out anyways.

——————————

Seungmin woke up to a tapping on his door. He was a little confused considering on days off they usually didn’t bother waking the others unless specifically asked. Days off were their free time to do whatever they wanted and sleep for however long they wished.

He honestly didn’t mind much either way, he was more confused than anything.

“Come in.” He calls.

Soon enough the door cracks open to reveal Chan with a plate of food. Seungmin smiles at the boy, it wasn’t the first time the leader had brought him breakfast in bed, normally it was when he would let Seungmin sleep a little longer before their schedule for the day started. He never really did it on a day off, normally preferring to head out to the gym with Changbin and Minho before any of the members were up.

“What’d I do to deserve this?” Seungmin asks, moving to sit up in his bed.

Chan takes a seat on the edge of the bed before passing over the plate to the younger boy.

“I don’t know, I just haven’t had a day spent with you in a little while and figured I should pamper my boyfriend today.”

Seungmin smiles, leaning over to give a kiss on Chan’s cheek, “You don’t have to go out of your way to spoil me, Channie-Hyung. I’m just glad to spend some time with you today.”

“Well of course and we can do whatever you want to do today, we can lounge around all day, or maybe go by the Internet café, or I know there’s some games you’ve been wanting to get so we can run up to the shops.”

Seungmin nods, chewing down his food before responding, “That all sounds like fun but it should also be something you want to do, Hyungie. Let’s do something we both like to do together. Or you can pick something and I pick something and we do both of those things today.”

“I’m sure we can come up with something, Minnie. But first, finish your breakfast and get dressed. And dress comfy, it’ll be a long day no matter what we end up doing.”

Seungmin nods, working on finishing the last of his breakfast. As soon as he was done Chan takes his dishes and headed off to the kitchen while Seungmin gets dressed and ready for the day.

The boys started their day by going to a local batting cage, which was Seungmin’s choice. Seungmin always found it fun and a little stress relieving when he got to go.

Chan and he took turns in the cage, Seungmin had been doing pretty well, a little rusty since the last time he picked up a bat. Chan struggled for a little bit, which Seungmin enjoyed laughing at, before finally finding his groove and ending pretty strong.

After they finished up at the batting cages they stopped off at a nearby restaurant to get some food.

They relaxed as they ate, talking about how much fun they’d been having and catching up on a few other things they hadn’t had a chance to do in a little while. Soon enough both boys finish their food and Chan quickly pays before they head off on their next adventure.

They find their way to the bowling alley, Chan’s choice because he was convinced he could beat the younger boy in a one-on-one game. They get on the bowling shoes and search out the right bowling balls before settling into their lane.

They decided to pick each other's names on the bowling screen, which Chan quickly regretted after seeing ‘Old Man’ displayed overhead. Chan should have known better than to be nice and give Seungmin ‘Prince’.

The two boys start off a little weak, finding their footing in the first few frames. By the third frame, they both were doing significantly better with Chan even getting a spare.

The game was close for the most part. It wasn’t until the 8th frame and the second strike in a row that Chan had started to pull far enough ahead that Seungmin couldn’t catch up after. It didn’t deter the boy from trying at least.

After the first game, the victory was Chan’s and Seungmin was quick to call a rematch.

The two boys played a few more games before calling it a day and returning their shoes to the desk. They head outside, which was significantly darker than when they had come in, and back down towards their dorm building, hand in hand.

“So did you have a good day, Minnie?” Chan asks.

“Yeah, it was a lot of fun. I enjoyed it a lot.”

“Good, I’m glad to hear that, baby. When we get back to the dorms do you want to help me make dinner for the rest of the boys?”

“Sure, Channie-Hyung. That sounds like a good idea.”

“Great, but for now let’s just enjoy the good weather and the nice walk home.”

Seungmin chuckles, “Such a sappy old man.”

Chan just smiles at the boy, pulling their joined hands to his lips, “Only for my puppy.” Chan teases.

Chan was right, the rest of the walk home was peaceful as the streets were mostly clear for the night. When they had made it home I.N. and Hyunjin were lounging on the couch as the other boys were scattered off in other corners of the dorms.

Chan and Seungmin got to work on dinner and before they knew it Seungmin was rounding up everyone to come and eat.

As they all sat around their table they took turns talking about their day and all the fun they had gotten into.

“I heard a certain leader spoiled you today Seungmin, was that true?” Jisung teases from across the table.

“Don’t sound too jealous, you’ll get your turn Hannie-Hyung.” Seungmin remarks back.

“Well you can’t blame him, we all enjoy our time with our puppy.” Hyunjin chuckles from beside him, patting Seungmin’s head.

“This puppy bites you know.” Seungmin mutters out.

“Cutie.” I.N. remarks, leaning back from an arm that was headed his way to smack him.

“More like feisty,” Minho mutters.

“That’s it, I don’t like you guys anymore.” Seungmin pouts.

“We love you too, Minnie,” Chan says sending a smile the younger boy’s way.

Seungmin can’t help but smile back, trying to hide it as he glances down at his food.

His hyungs (and maknae) could be a pain in the ass, but they were most definitely his pain in the ass.
