Summary
Mineta has always been deplorable. His infatuation with women, however, goes deeper and darker than the petty annoyance with which he is typically perceived.
The League of Villains, a relatively new threat to society, has been operating in the shadows. Their attacks seem sporadic, but there was an ulterior motive hidden behind the schemes. Per Shigaraki’s plan, the League has been gathering blood samples of all notable female heroes in the area. With Himiko Toga’s help, their true plan would be set in motion. A plan to blackmail and incapacitate half of the hero world. But to achieve this, they would need a man on the inside.
And Mineta was the right man for the job.
