Summary
Thinking back to the man that Izuru Kamukura used to be was a feat even he could not accomplish.
Being able to experience a day in the life of whom he was before sounded like a luxury. Just a day, that was all he wished for. Just one day would be enough.
Maybe then he would know whether or not giving up who he was entirely for the sake of talent was worth it. Was becoming the very symbol of hope worth all of this?
In the back of his mind, amongst his forever racing thoughts, he knew vaguely of the boy who'd destroyed himself out of his love for talent. Hajime Hinata. He only knew the name.
Ugh, what a dweeb.
He'd never hated someone more.
But, he couldn't hate the person who did this to him that much. After all, he knew a person scarily similar; someone with such an admiration for talent that he'd follow the epitome of it to the ends of the Earth.
Servant would follow him wherever he wanted to go. Of this, Kamukura was certain.
