hey, have you heard of sniggles?

Summary:

an in-universe promotional booklet for your new best friends, the sniggles!

Notes:

i love the sniggles. i made them unique fluffy costumes and backstories that don't matter because their wills have been completely absorbed by the lords in black! it may not be canon but it sure is fun to draw! here's a little booklet i posted on instagram as a red herring for a different project.

Work Text:

seven pages of white text on plain backgrounds, with illustrations of sniggles. they are human-shaped creatures with colourful costumes and antennae. the simple illustrations look like they are from a children’s book. the first page shows five sniggles in a row. text: Hey, have you heard of Sniggles? They have fwuffy eyes and wings, And every Sniggle loves the Lords and dances, acts, and sings! Today let's meet five Sniggles. For every Lord, that's one, But really there are infinite So they have endless fun!

wiggly sniggle has chin-length curly hair. they are wearing a medium green tank top with "wiggly!" printed on it over a dark green top over a light green blouse with a collar. there are green puffballs on their earrings and the tips of their antennae. their smile is excited. text: Wiggly Sniggles love to dance!

pokey sniggle has their box braids up in a ponytail, and is wearing a blue corset. their star-tipped antennae have cyan ribbons tied around the base, and cyan lightning-shaped scars run down their face. their smile is proud. Pokey Sniggles love to sing!

tinky sniggle has ginger hair in a regency updo with flowers. they are wearing a charm necklace and a pair of stays, and their antennae have yellow triangles on the ends. their frown is pensive. Tinky Sniggles know the death of everyone and everything!

nibbly sniggle is wearing a pink top with a sash that says "queen" and a bib that looks like a big mouth. their blonde hair is in two low ponytails and they are wearing a gold crown between their pink spiral-tipped antennae. their smile is smug. text: Nibbly Sniggles love to win at contests and at games!

blinky sniggle has their dark wavy hair with streaks of purple up in two pigtails. they are wearing a polo shirt with light purple patches over it. their face is also covered in purple plasters, and their antennae are tipped with purple eyeballs. their smile is equivocal. text: Blinky Sniggles love to watch the world go up in flames!
