Work Text:

A light breeze carried through the bright red trees, and below them laid Ivy and you, hopelessly in love. You were tangled together on a bright pink outdoor blanket and your limbs mixed with Ivy's were under the blanket. Next to the blanket was a platter of your favorite treats. Melons, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and dark cholocate was aesthetically placed together.

You were quiet enjoying the warmth of your girlfriend as your anemia made evenings like these freezing. Thankfully, Ivy had thought of that and placed your favorite blanket around you, ensuring that it didn't touch the grass. The blanket was a calming lavender color and smelled as such. It was extraordinarily soft, and very pleasing to the touch. You looked into the sky, in awe at the orange, pink, and purple steaks acrooss the sky, reminding you of the abstract acrylic art Ivy liked to make.

Interrupting your thoughtful gaze at the sunset, a strawberry was pressed to your lips. You looked at Ivy a bit confused before biting into it. As you did, juices exploded in your mouth telling the absolute ripeness of the fruit. You moaned slightly at how good it was, strawberries were often unripe or moldy where you were, so finding this perfection was a much harder task than said.

Ivy chuckled at you, knowing your love for the berry knew no bounds - she found herself frequently questioning if you loved the fruit more than her. She held a piece of dark chocolate to your face and you ate it from her palm. Ivy cooed at you as you savored the sweet and crooned into her massage of your scalp. You were calm and safe in the arms of the woman you loved. Why don't we just stay here for a while?
