Meet Maria Ray Morales, May for short.
She didn't think she'd be a young mother to her nephew, Miles, losing both her sister and brother-in-law. She also didn't think she'd be involved with one of the top geneticists of Alchemax, Miguel O' Hara, when his brother and her begrudginly admitted best friend, Gabriel O' Hara, asked if she could go to one work event with him.
She also didn't think that it would be so painfully awkward and that would lead to tequila shots and a blurry night that she can't remember, waking up in his bed.
