   Summary

   Legionnaire Bart Allen "Impulse" meets waylaid time-traveler Conner Kent and they both do the exponentially unwise thing of falling hopelessly in love with each other. Hopeless, is what their love is because Conner cannot stay in the 31st century like Bart so desperately wants him to.
