Work Text:

Being stuck in a cage sucks.

Lloyd knows that very well. As far as he remembers, the first time he had been locked up his outfit still consisted of that black cloak when he was young. Currently, the cage is very well enforced compared to the rusty ones, and Lloyd finds himself glaring at the yellow and purple glow with disdain. Surprisingly, he's not very nervous about being in a cage.

He's gotten way too used to this.

Especially since he's probably in the face of inexplicable danger as usually being the green ninja produces.

He's been in this cage for less than an hour but it definitely feels like more. Most of the time spent is worrying about his friends, scouring the deep underground to find him. Lloyd knows that Harumi also has a clue, and his heart quickens with a nervousness he's come to get used to in dangerous situations that regard his friends getting hurt or worse. Lloyd pauses.

Pressing his hand to his chest, wasn't his heart beating way too loud? Too fast, and Lloyd suddenly comes aware of how stuffy this cage feels. He hears Harumi ordering some vague stuff about vengestone along with the four weapons of spinjitzu.

Which he should really be more worried about it than what his thoughts manage to produce now. Lloyd tries to keep track of his thoughts, his plans to escape when he realizes he can't and that his mind keeps spinning and spinning in a way he doesn't understand.

Beneath his green and silver gear, he feels oddly humid which doesn't make any sense because a few minutes ago it wasn't that horrible because the lava was so far below him.

Lloyd sinks down onto the floor of his cage quietly, trying his best to keep his weird little situation away from Harumi's attention and her henchman, recruits, whatever you call them.

He reaches up to run a hand through his hair, only to notice his gloves getting a little damp through the amounts of sweat running on his forehead. It's not his only body part that's sweaty too.

He presses his legs together to feel sticky sweat (is that really sweat?) build on the skin below the fabric and between his inner thighs. He feels so heartrendingly queasy, sick, but not yet at the same time.

He–he's been through miles and heaps of trauma and fighting, wars even, and Lloyd doesn't know what the hell is happening to him. Let alone at this moment that's definitely not convenient.

Lloyd desperately searches his mind, trying to find any hint or knowledge of what this is. He remembers Kai talking about something, his flames and…heat.

His stunted growth resulted from being caught up in the rain of that elixir which damaged his presentation. Lloyd wasn't sure when he'd present or if he'd ever for that matter. But these symptoms are so similar to an affect he's heard before, and effect for omegas in hea—

"Mmph." He strangles out, eyes blurring as the horribly searing sensations keep becoming stronger with each passing second. At this point, he might feel worse than death and that says a lot considering how he's stood in the face of it. It doesn't help how the floor is rough and pushes against his skin in an almost scratchy way.

Lloyd tries to move off his vulnerable position on the floor, and he isn't able to hide the small hiss of pain as a jolt of discomfort rushes throughout his thighs and down to his ankles.

Lloyd can't even move.

He sinks further down and his heart beats loud in his chest as his surroundings blur. Lloyd's never felt more weaker, dare he say, more pained than he is now.

He feels so out of it and dizzy, that he doesn't realize the faint click of the cage being opened or the familiar scent that swirls around him.

"Is the helpless green ninja in pain, a little fever?" Harumi coos, but for some farfetched reason, her voice doesn't hold the amount of venom it usually does. Her voice sounds far away as she makes a few villain monologues, and Lloyd breathes in the air again to catch how strong that bitter, obviously alpha scent is.

A scent that whispers revenge, more hidden than Aspheera's harsh slither that screams the word.

His consciousness feels divided. The rational part of him screams about how wrong and dangerous that smell is, and the instincts catching up to him force the rationality back, singing praises about an alpha's scent of strong coffee grounds and cool spring water.

Harumi sniffs the air as well and Lloyd can't do anything when she forcefully grabs his chin to examine him. They come closer to contact, and Lloyd's brain goes into a stop as his body feels like it wants more of the feeling of Harumi's hands.

His eyes close, the pain in his gut becoming less as he tries to lean into the touch, grasping the wrist of the person above him. The alpha's hand freezes, and all thoughts of danger, escape and fight are replaced by need.

"Harumi." Lloyd doesn't feel himself saying that name that usually feels so horrible on his tongue from so much betrayal. He doesn't even realize it's her name that he's saying. The alpha's hands skate up with a furrow of her brow, so unusual from her usual cold and calculating expression.

"This shouldn't be correct." She mutters quietly, her hand jerking back, and Lloyd's expression twitches at the movement of her keeping away. He needs this alpha. Familiar, so familiar.

"Alpha." Lloyd groans groggily, and his body moves before he can stop himself. He falls onto the alpha's lap, burying his head into her shoulder, and the tiny voice in his head once again yells to move away but he doesn't listen to it.

The other voice that's taken up most of his consciousness whines at how close he is to the alpha's touches, how much he needs the alpha inside of him. How all this pain inside his body would go away if she just touched him, if her scent could be so strong that Lloyd would taste it.

"Please, alpha?" He pleads, pliant as her hands try to push him off before she stops.

Lloyd must look so pathetic, so helpless, and maybe just that is what stops the alpha from pushing him away. The alpha swears under her breath, "I shouldn't be doing this, let alone help you. The Overlord will be so…"

But it doesn't stop her from pressing touches under Lloyd's gi, something he flinches and sinks into. Lloyd uncharacteristically keens as everything overwhelms him, now only desperate for the alpha's touch and his hands cling to her shoulder. Her scent shapes into something lighter, calming, someone might say. If he wasn't in such a state, Lloyd might've seen the unnatural flush creeping along her cheeks.

Lloyd's so incomprehensibly lost in the sensations that relieve the dull ache, he doesn't notice a hiss, and something being floated into the cage, straight into Harumi's hands. An annoyed snake slithers back out.

"Lloyd, open your mouth." The alpha orders, and Lloyd follows her commands. The taste of pill suddenly fills his mouth accompanied by a quick douse of water followed by, making the pill go down his throat.

A few seconds pass by with Lloyd slightly confused and limp on the alpha's lap before drowsiness replaces the throbbing hotness everywhere.

"A heat suppressant combined with a sleeping pill." The alpha comments, and Lloyd feels his eyes become half lidded. He tries to stay awake for a second, "Don't resist it, Lloyd."

Another order. Lloyd wants to listen to this one. As the agonizing and sensitive skin of his legs and stomach cool, sluggishness washes over him and his eyes are barely opened.

Lloyd falls asleep to the alpha–Harumi, looking at him with eyes that are almost softened, gently laying him back onto the floor before the cage traps him once again.
