It all happened out of nowhere.
Jack had been receiving her fellow fighters back from the dead when her vision went black for a few seconds and images started to overflow her brain.
Not images, memories.
Memories she hadn’t known existed before.
But said memories showed the best years of her life as a human but also the most heartbreaking moment she suffered after finding out her mother didn’t actually love her.
At the same time that this happened to Jack, a certain sun god who had just come back from death was also receiving similar memories back.

Jack had just turned twenty two when she met him.
His color was both the most gorgeous and ugly one she had ever seen.
Half as bright as the sun and half orange almost red from pride.
It was the first time she met someone who had a two coloured aura but she would think of that day as a wonderful one for seeing such a magnificent thing.
Of course it wasn’t just the colours of the aura that attracted Jack.
The person whose aura belonged to was as beautiful and divine as the aura.
Long wavy light pink hair, shining brown eyes that seemed golden when the sun hit them, caramel skin and a muscular but thin body.
It was like she was seeing a greek god, or at least how they were described in the books she had been able to read.
Jack had never met someone as good looking as him.
She was still unsure of what he could have seen in her, she wasn’t the most good looking person ever and she was wearing old clothes she had found in an abandoned house, when he decided to approach her from all the beautiful women who were also walking out that day and had put their eyes on him.
“Excuse me, beautiful lady” the man said as he stopped in front of her and his voice was warm enough to melt chocolate(more like she felt like she was melting like chocolate which was surprising since Jack had never felt like that when any man talked to her no matter how good looking they were)
“Yes, sir?” she asks with a kind smile since he was being nice to her or at least for now he was
“Would you be able to tell me where this place is?” he asks showing her a paper with an address that she knew well
“Yes, I visit this bakery quite often” Jack says “They have the best apple pies I have tasted” she adds
“Then can you take me there?” he asks and Jack nods since she was making her way to the bakery anyway
“Of course” Jack says “Follow me” she adds and the man nods
With that they start making their way towards Sophia’s bakery in silence.
Once there they went their separate ways, the man to meet a beautiful lady and Jack to sit outside while waiting for her apple pie and tea since she rarely needed to go order because she always asked for the same thing.
Jack hoped to meet him another day but she doesn’t think it will happen.

Apollo, how the man presented himself when they met again, and Jack kept accidentally meeting many times.
So it wasn't surprising when they began a friendship and planning to meet each other instead of letting it be only accidental meetings
Jack didn't even realize when she fell for Apollo or when it happened.
He wasn't perfect, far from it since he could be too prideful and childish, but that was what Jack liked about him.
All the other men she met always acted like perfect gentlemen and like they would never hurt her when she knew it was the contrary so she adored that Apollo had never dared to be anyone else but himself in front of her.
But she never said anything to him about her feelings.
Jack cherished their friendship more than anything since she didn't have any friends beside Sophia until Apollo entered her life.
And she was also sure he would never like her because she was nothing like the other woman she had seen him with before they became friends and as their friendship started.
She was almost a sickly pale, thin body(due to the lack of food as she grew up), not really curvy like most men liked, small chest, short unnatural silver hair and even more unnatural violet eyes with one being more reddish than the other.
No men would ever really want her and she had almost made peace with that but it still hurt that Apollo may never love her like she loves him.

Since their first meeting, Apollo couldn't take her from his mind.
The accidental meetings after that one just made him want to see her more often so he started a friendship with her.
He couldn't remember the last time he had become friends with a human.
Jack Silver, he was a bit confused why she had a male name but at the end of the day it only added to her charm, was a gentle and well educated woman.
Apollo had met many women similar to Jack but different from the others, Jack had no fear in confronting men or putting them down(he was sure that Artemis would have loved Jack if she ever met her).
A calm and gentle Jack was beautiful but a fierce and angry one was just gorgeous.
She was completely different from all the others he had ever liked.
If he had to give her a flower it would be a calla lily: beautiful, full of good meanings but could also be venomous(and Jack was venomous because Apollo once watched her almost kill a man for not respecting her telling him 'no', it was such an amazing thing to see).
And how beautiful Jack was.
Pale skin that made her rosy lips shine, shining short silver hair that reminded him of the moon(and wasn't that a bit ironic when it was his twin who reigned over the moon?), a thin but somewhat curvy body and beautiful violet eyes that made him think of jewels especially the one that had a tint of red in it.
She was perfect.
Apollo had fallen for her harder than he had ever fallen for any of his previous lovers.
But who could blame him? His precious Jack was just too amazing for him to believe that she wasn't a goddess, demi goddess or descendant of one(he knew she was completely human but it was hard to believe that the creation that disappointed all gods many times, could create someone as precious as Jack) and for him to not fall for her.
So for much that Apollo cherished his friendship with Jack, he decided to confess to her one evening as they walked by the city of London with no destination and just enjoying each other's company and the warm sun.
The sun shone brighter that evening after his confession, how could it not when the god who reigned over it had become so happy once he heard that his feelings were requited?
Apollo would make sure that Jack Silvers would feel loved by him till the day he had to leave the human world to go back to Olympus.

It had been a complete surprise when it happened.
Apollo should have expected it since he was a god and had many kids(never reaching the number of kids his father had, he doesn't think anyone ever would reach that).
But he was just as surprised as Jack when they found out she was pregnant.
Those were happy news but knowing how society worked at the time, it wouldn't be well seen for Jack to be pregnant but not yet married.
So Apollo decided to amend that and asked her in marriage(which she gladly and happily accepted) and in no time they had a small wedding with just them, the few friends Jack had and some of Apollo's kids(even if Jack hadn't known their relation to Apollo, she had treated them well so they were happy with their father's choice in wife).
And then the months passed.
Apollo made sure both Jack and their future kid were healthy(he didn't want to lose either of them, especially Jack because of his bad luck when it comes to lovers).
Jack glowed since she found out about her pregnancy, of course she had been afraid of ending up being a bad mother like her own but after a few thoughts she realized that she already loved her kid and that love only grew as the months passed so she knew she wouldn't be like Mary.
On May 15, early in the morning, their son was born.
He was a small version of Jack with her pale skin and silver hair.
Apollo could bet his godhood that his son would also have Jack's violet eyes.
He would spoil his child even more than Hephaestus spoils his kids and nephews, more than Ares spoils his kids and even more than Hades spoils his siblings and kids.
Apollo was sure of that because his baby was just like Jack and that was enough to have him wrapped around his little fingers.
"What should his name be, Apollo?" Jack asks with a small smile while feeling tired from giving birth just a few minutes ago
"Hmm…" Apollo hums as he thinks before he finally chooses one "How about Solaris Selestine Silver? The first name connected to mine, the second one making honor to your and his silver hair that reminds me of the moon and finally your last name?" he says looking at his wife who looked beautiful even after giving birth
"A bit too much but it is a beautiful name for our baby boy" Jack says as she looks at her little Solaris with eyes full of love
"Our little Solaris" Apollo says looking also at his son with eyes full of love
He was their little sunshine and they would love him more than anything else.

Solaris Silver was a smart and adorable baby.
His parents loved him and spoiled him as much as they could.
And soon he would be completing his first year of being brought to the world.
Jack was excited and had asked Sophie to make a small cake to celebrate it.
Apollo was also excited about it but he also feared that something could go wrong.
The moiras had suddenly gone no contact with him, something they only did when something big was going to happen.
So he just hoped that everything would go well and he could be there to see his sunshine grow up and be there beside his wife till she took her last breath.
Sadly fate didn't let him have that.

Apollo and Jack were just saying goodbye to the friends who came to their Solaris' birthday when they felt like something was coming.
Not for them but for their baby(Jack may not be a goddess but being born with the ability to see the colours made her a bit sensitive to certain energies).
So after the last person left, they quickly made their way towards the room where Solaris was sleeping just to find three women sitting beside the crib.
Three women Apollo knew better than anyone and that Jack had only read about in books.
"Poor children" the one closest to them said and Apollo knew what was about to happen but even being a god didn't make it possible for him to fight fate so he could only take one last look to his son and wife before fate took them from him
"A goodbye must happen or two worlds will fall. Your memories will be gone but do not worry, your sunshine will be well taken care of. And one day your memories will come back" the three recited
Once they had uttered the last word a light surrounded everyone in the room, leaving only Jack behind.
A Jack whose memories of those days had been taken from her and that now was once again left with no meaning to her life until a famous rapist dared to mess with her and end up meeting how venomous a calla lily could be.
Apollo was taken back to his palace in Olympus, with no memories of the time he spent in the human world and brought the same prideful god that valued beauty above anything even if most were still unsure of his definition of beauty.
And little Solaris Selestine Silver? He was found in a forest by a knight, to be raised by him and his wife and later by Lilia Vanrouge.
Will the three ever meet again? Only fate could tell.

"Apollo? Is something wrong?" Hades asks as he notices that Apollo seems to have an headache but from what he was informed by Zeus, bringing them back to life shouldn't have any side effects
"I-" before Apollo could answer him, one of the humans came running towards them and slapped Apollo, so hard that the sound was heard by everyone present
"Jack?!" Hlokk exclaimed not expecting her human to do that especially after they had just gotten peace with the gods and brought everyone back
"Who do you think you are, human?!" Artemis asks furious, one thing is accepting that a human killed her brother during Ragnarok and another was that this human came and slapped her twin for nothing
"Ja-" Apolo tried once more to say but was interrupted
"You are a piece of shit, Apollo!" Jack growled "You should have told me everything since we found out about Solaris! How do you think I felt when I saw them near him?! And now I remember all this and I still don't know where he is?!" she exclaims with her voice getting broken with each sentence and tears starting to rain down her face
"I'm sorry" Apollo says surprising all the gods and demigods because Apollo never apologized to no one "I had no idea that could happen and even if I told you who I was…I don't think it would have changed what happened" he adds as he approaches Jack waiting for her authorization so he could hug her
"...I know" Jack mumbles "But I want my baby back, I never got to see him grow up" she whispers as she just lets her head fall into Apollo's chest who finally hugs her
"Me too, love" Apollo says as he hugs his wife as strong as he can without hurting her "And I will do anything to find our little sunshine" he promises because he also wants to know how his son is doing
The two ignored everyone around them, who were surprised and didn't understand anything that they just saw happening or heard.
But the common question in everyone's mind was: 'Who is Solaris?', 'Why did Apollo call Jack 'love'?' and 'What the hell is happening?'

Once Apollo and Jack were more calm and somewhat mentally prepared, they decided to confront the storm and tell everyone everything.
"I met Jack one time I went to the human world" Apollo started
"You were friends with a murderer?!" Ares exclaims
"So he was one of your lovers? Did you break his heart or something?" Aphrodite asks curious
"Jack is not murderer or at least the one you think, she is my wife and I did not break her heart" Apollo corrects them and lets the words he just said be digested by everyone
"She?!" Hercules exclaims in shock looking at Jack in disbelief
"I started killing again after I was almost raped not too long after me and Apollo lost contact. It is much easier to not have to deal with rapists when they think you are a man" Jack explains and kisses Apollo's cheek to calm him down when she notices that he got angry at the news of what happened to her
"Wife?" Zeus asks because he should have known if one of his kids got married
"Yes, we had a small wedding and some of my children probably should remember it now too" Apollo says with a small smile as he remember their wedding
"I do, I was present" Asclepios says "Miss Jack is a wonderful woman and me and my siblings are proud to have her as our stepmom" he adds
"Thank you" Jack says smiling softly at the god who just nods at her
"Why did you get separated?" Adam asks, not happy that his recently just found daughter fought in the Ragnarok and is married to a god, glaring at Apollo
"...It was the Moiras" Apollo sighs
"The Moiras?" Hera asks with a raised eyebrow since rarely did the Moiras got involved when it came to a god's relationship with a human
"Yes" Jack says with a sad look
"What happened?" Qin asks not wanting to make his baby sister sadder but they needed to know what happened
"We had a baby" Apollo says "Our little Solaris Selestine Silver, he was basically a copy paste of Jack" he says with a small sad smile
"...Selestine?" Artemis asks surprised
"Apollo said that he choose that name because of our silver hair" Jack said with a small amused smile "But now I think it may be also because of you" she adds looking at Artemis
"Maybe just a bit" Apollo admits since he does love his twin
"I can understand Solaris but why Silver as a last name?" Leonidas asks confused
"Because it is Jack's last name" Apollo answers
"That is your last name?" Brunhilde asks surprised
"Yes, I choose that as my last name" Jack admits "As a child I was Kid Silver but after killing my father I changed it to Jack Silver" Jack adds but everyone choose to ignore the part where she admitted to killing her own father and that she used to be called 'Kid' for now
"And where is our nephew?" Hephaestus asks because if there was a god that adored his nephews, it certainly was him
Apollo and Jack looked at each other before shaking their head.
"We don't know" Apollo admits "The Moiras came to our home, uttered some words and then I was back in my palace with no memories of my time with Jack and Solaris" he explains
"And I was left alone in our home also with no memories of them" Jack adds
"... That's why you said you wanted your baby" Hades says because he had been the closest to the duo and had heard it better than the others
"Yes" Jack says
"We only know that we had to be separated so two worlds wouldn't end up being destroyed" Apollo adds as he remembers once more the words said by the Moiras
"We will help you find him!" Raiden says and the other humans quickly follow him and say they will also help them
"Me too" Artemis says because she could see how much her twin loved Jack and Solaris
"Us too!" Shiva says since if he couldn't imagine how he would be if he had forgotten his wives and lost his kid
Other gods, including all the greek ones present, also said they would help.
Maybe soon they will see their sunshine again with so many people ready to help them but now a question is left hanging in the air: How will Solaris react once the truth comes out? And how will Solaris' friends and family react to it?
