    When jason wakes up Cassandra is gone, and just like last night he can since the change. It’s quite as he pulls himself out of bed, too quiet even for the huge manor. It reminds him of the streets after one of jokers big attacks that leaves a bunch of people without their parents, kids , friends or lovers.

    Though he knows why and he knows that the manor will be like that for months, maybe weeks if he’s lucky. He follows the smell of breakfast down the hall because even when Alfred is grieving he can’t not do his job.
