Summary
Eva Smith has ruined her life, and it's all because she payed too much attention to one girl.
Sheila Birling knows that there is more to life than this, but she also knows that she's prettier with her mouth shut.
Eric Birling knows that there is more to life than this, but he chooses to drown out the knowledge with alcohol.
Gerald Croft is too honest for his own good, but maybe that's a good thing after all.
The story of how four people found family in each other and managed to escape the boxes built around them (and also found love along the way)Or: I read An Inspector Calls in school and decided that actually, Eva lives and she's in love with Sheila Birling so they create a detailed plan to leave Brumley behind for good (not so background gerald/eric as well).
Was finished 3 years after I started and then abandoned it, so apologies for any odd disruptions in the writing style. Title is from the song 'I lived' by onerepublic because I think I'm hilarious
