And suddenly Hermione can’t stand it. Following his gaze, she sees he’s staring at her arm, bare today to enjoy the rare warmth that has crossed Amsterdam’s city limits. He seems to come to the same conclusion she does at almost the same time, because his face goes ashen and he tears his eyes away. “Where are you staying?” Hermione asks, scrambling for a subject change.
“Oh, you know.” Fred shrugs. “Here and there.”
