There is no god.
And if there is, then he is cruel, and he is not merciful, and he is selfish.
All of the animals watched the star explode, and ten thousand prayers echoed through the chamber of his halls. (Not a single one was answered.)
THESE are the tears of the son of Adam on his knees. And naked and raw, he is, like the day he was born. And he is unabashed and sorrowful and greedy, but desperate, (he is) so very {desperate}. And he pleads, "Will you answer me now?" and so do another ten thousand people from the earth you sculpted from your hand, but not a single one is answered.
Because there is no god.
And if god is really 𝒔𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 inside of us, then we are cruel, and we are not merciful, and we are selfish.
So very selfish.
