    Takes place after the Lonestar crossover episode Hold The Line. Buck, Eddie and Hen are spending the night at Eddie's parents' house and Eddie can't sleep.

    "You should go, before I do something I completely regret.” He screwed his eyes closed even more, silently begging the tears that were building up not to fall. Not yet. Not until he was gone. Then he could cry all he wanted, because he knew that Buck loved him, but not like that. Not the way he wanted him to. And he’d been used to trying to hide his feelings, but not when they were sharing a bed. That was too much for him.

    He lay rigid in the bed, waiting for his friend to leave. And he moved but didn’t climb out. Opening one eye, Eddie glanced up to see that Buck had rolled over, propping himself up with his right elbow. His left hand had fallen onto the mattress, and he was peering down at Eddie with an expression that he couldn’t quite read.
