Summary
It's been 6 years since the war and Draco Malfoy has long been pardoned and has built a peaceful life with his beautiful wife Astoria Greengrass they have a beautiful son and a wonderful life. But everything shatters when Astoria’s jealous sister, Daphne, curses her and takes her own life taking the cure with her.
Astoria becomes ill and Draco searches the world for a cure but never finds one. She dies a slow and painful death. Desperate to bring her back he strikes a deal with the Specter of Mor, Astoria will live again, but only if he delivers a soul and not just any soul he wants Hermione Grangers soul. What Draco doesn’t know is that Hermione has a blood signature and she is being haunted by Voldemort, Greyback, and possibly the Ministry.
Forced to work with Hermione on dangerous missions,Draco becomes torn between his pact, his past and his growing protectiveness toward her to the point that he is willing to become death itself.
