“You can try and hide,” The Woodsman calls, “but I’ve got eyes everywhere.”
A green-clad figure darts out in front of Ren and he slashes it straight across. His claws cut through like air. An illusion; thank goodness. The Woodsman can’t see through his copies’ eyes - that’s something Ren learnt far too recently - but he bluffs it like he can.
If he wants to seek out his nemesis, he’ll have to do better than this.
“Come out, Red Hound!”
Ren can only hope he won’t get too beat up tonight. Whenever he comes home inexplicably injured, it always worries Martyn.
