Summary
Wriothesley returns from outside the city to find rain pouring down onto Fontaine. He decides to pay Neuvillette - his favourite weather-controlling dragon - a visit to try and remedy the downpour.

Neuvillette, amused, allowed himself to be hoisted up from his seat. “And what exactly do you think you’re doing?”
“Taking you on a walk,” Wriothesley replied simply.
“It’s pouring rain,” Neuvillette pointed out, casting a stray glance towards the window. “It looks like there might be a thunderstorm on the way, as well.”
“That’s the fun part,” Wriothesley said, a devilish grin on his face. “No one will be there but us. And besides, I have a feeling the weather will clear up really soon.”
