Naruto had been working all week long and today was his first day off. The morning came and I immediately wrapped my arms tight around Naruto. Even though he wasn't awake yet, I wanted to give him a pleasant wake up. Since he hasn't been home, I haven't been able to give or get much affection since he usually heads straight to sleep. Of course, we still have dinner together and all, but we usually talk about his day and may do some kissing in bed before he falls asleep. I'm not complaining, I just wish m ore days were like this; waking with him in my arms, that cute face being the first thing I see. Finally Naruto started to wake up, grumbling “...Sasuke..?” I smiled gently and caressed his cheek “Good Morning my handsome Naruto.” Naruto turned towards me with a blush and smile on his face.
Then his lips met mine for a gentle ‘good morning’ kiss. I sighed happily into the kiss and Naruto giggled at that. “What’s so funny” I said with a fake-pout. “Nothing, you’re just so cute.” I smiled and blushed at that, trying to hide my face in his chest. We stayed like that for a while until Naruto’s stomach growled in hunger. It startled me so I stiffened and that drew another giggle out of him. Naruto got up and headed to the kitchen and I followed him. As Naruto made breakfast I often wrapped my arms around him when he wasn’t too busy cutting or flipping. We ate breakfast then cuddled on the couch, the TV on though only as mere background noise.
A while later we decided to go outside to tend to my fruit garden where I was growing tomatoes and where Naruto was growing some different flowers. After that we went inside to take a bath together. The whole time we were in the bath Naruto held me close to his chest. I enjoyed it and we stayed there until the water got too cold. After we dried up Naruto ordered dinner and we ate on the couch, holding each other as we did. Once we were finished I instantly wrapped my arms around him. That night when we went to bed we cuddled close to each other. “I wish you didn’t have work tomorrow…” Naruto sighed and said “Me either, but at least I get to come home to you and see you during lunch.” I smiled, “I’m glad I make you happy.” Naruto smiled back and responded “Of course you do, I love you after all.” I nuzzled his chest and replied “I love you too.” Then Naruto and I fell asleep.
