Summary
In his mother's temporary absence, Luke Naberrie is entrusted to manage his family's aged manor and care for his grieving sister, Pooja, who mourns their eldest sister's death. To help improve Pooja's spirits while she is gone, the Naberrie matriarch hires her a tutor, an enigmatic woman who both fascinates and unsettles Luke.
