Work Text:

It was two-fifty on a Friday afternoon, school had officially ended for the week. Katsuki had been particularly eager for class to be dismissed, he had planned out the weekend and following week down to the 'T'.

Nothing could go wrong.

Or so he thought.

Aizawa, the laid back teacher that he was allowed the students to talk amongst themselves seeing as they had finished with their lesson.

Katsuki however, didn't have anyone to speak to. He was alone, lost in thought before he was interrupted by the sound of his teacher's voice.

"Students," He announced, "Due to the recent rise of villain attacks in our area, for the entirety of next week, you will be subjected to the dorms. The school will be under lockdown."

Of course, there were students who made tiny exclamations, though they were scattered throughout the room.

"All classes will be done online and we feel you could use some rest as well. So you will only have two one hour classes per day." The mug steaming with hot coffee that had been on his desk was taken up and he took a sip.

"You will also have Thursday and Friday off." A sigh. "Your schedules will be sent, if not tonight, then tomorrow. Now go enjoy your weekend and stop bothering me."

Everyone had either left or was getting ready to leave, including Mr.Aizawa when Katsuki realised Izuku had been calling his name.

"-suki." The greenette whispered,  just loud enough so his boyfriend could hear him.

"Yeah?" His voice came out croaky and low

"Are you doing okay, kitkat? I thought you were excited for tonight?" The only reason he had been so excited for the weekend was because he was gonna spend it with his favorite person ever, but now, instead of excitement, he was upset and terrified. He had to replan his entire weekend and he had to—

"Katsuki." Izuku repeated, sternly. He was worried for the blonde.

They had been texting non-stop about the shows they were going to watch and how they would get some much needed relaxation.

They had even passed a few notes in class. Katsuki was very excited and he wasn't sure what could have happened to cause the sudden change.

"Sorry uhm—" His breathing hitched, eyes wide as he searched for the words to say. "I'm fine. I just didn't expect that to happen."

"Will be okay?" Of course, Izuku could tell that something wasnt quite right—he knew about Katsuki's excessive planning—but he knew pushing it wasn't going to help matters.

Katsuki, on the other hand, knew it probably wouldn't be but he had been waiting so long for this, they both had and he wasn't going to let his feelings dictate their plans, so, he nodded and gave his lover a slight smile.

"Okay KitKat, c'mon."

It was eleven o' clock that same night when Katsuki was still at his desk, trying to plan make a plan for the week to come.

He had told his boyfriend he was almost done approximately two hours ago, so they could finally watch the movie.

His eyes were glazing over with tears, and he was trying his absolute best to hold it all in because if he let it go, the Gods know how that would go.

When small things happen, big things happen as a result. One mess up and his whole day could be ruined. He had to have a plan.

How else was he going to know what to do and what time? And how else was he supposed to have order? And control?

"Baby," Izuku's voice echoed throughout the room. "I think you should take a break. You've been working on it since you took a shower, which was way before I even came over."

"But I-," His voice was shaky, so he took a breath. "I need to do this because I already planned tomorrow and I won't have time."

There was silence for a few moments before Izuku spoke up.

"How about instead of watching one of the shows tomorrow you and I take the time we would have used to watch it, to make a new schedule..together, yeah?" He wiped a tear Katsuki didn't even know had fallen, giving him a toothy grin.

"Yeah," The blonde sniffled, resting his head on Izuku's stomach.

"Are you sleepy Kitty?" Izuku knew damn well that Katsuki loved that nickname secretly but would go absolutely ballistic and deny it if anyone found out. He had accidentally admitted that it makes him feel calmer.

"Mhm.." He mumbled, burying his face in Izuku's shirt.

He wasn't sure at one point, but he opened his eyes for a moment some time later to realise he was in bed, under the blanket and his lover was holding him close.

"'Zu?" He whined, eyes fluttering open.

"Shhh..shh, it's okay Kat. I'm here." And with that, he closed his eyes and drifted off.

It would be okay. He was here.
