Summary
Severus had accepted a long time ago that he was destined to be a miserable, lonely and omega-less Alpha. Not every Alpha found their mate, it was simply the way of the world and Severus had never been very lucky.
But the moment the stress of the war lifts, and familiar faces return to finish their NEWTs, something inside the walls of Hogwarts starts to take place.
