He leans his palms on the windowsill and pushes himself up, Sunoo’s face tilted down towards him. A kiss would be a breath away. All he has to do is ask the damn question.

    “Do you want to be with me?”

    His voice rings out, jarringly loud. A second ticks by, then another. Sunoo looks him in the eye and says—
