It’s cold outside
It’s snowing, finally, on the planet so, so hot and filled with, well, mostly sand
Something of surprise for those creatures and critters living off the barren land
Still, those falling down frosted flakes surely were a Force sent attached with a smile
As the living beings having all suffered from a drought for the longest of whiles
Somehow coping, but barely surviving, the climate ever changing, never quitting though
It was also a surprise for the two Arc Troopers having been assigned on a small mission
As their current uniforms designed more for the desert storm than the rather icy cold
Shivering surely, when venturing outdoors, certainly not the best way to start this chore
And so, an idea suddenly emerged, which was to get out in the market place for some merch
As the local punters having so been quick on their feet, getting stuff ready, to sell off cheep
And so…
Echo and Fives, the assignees of this rather important mission, getting along with the hive mentality of the locals seeing the good idea there within
And quickly getting into the rhythmic beat, buying the warm gear of some dubious quality yes, but what was needed for the time being never the less
Alas that was neither here nor there, as they only needed it for this very short stay, the mission parameters always changing, neither though complaining
Getting out there to complete the task, to their suspire, the snowy blizzard having already made its ugly start, sounding off all the alarms
But having been totally smart the two arcs went along without freezing off neither of their ass!
Still the fluffy and warm clothing something of a hindrance to the moving among the nature rather harsh, alas
Thankfully riding their very own Banthas was easy enough even though Echo and Fives being reminiscent of animals stuffed
The mission a success nevertheless, as not them nor their superiors would not expect any less of these experienced troopers
And so, soon enough, the mission op completed and having some time off in between their pickup, not a chore that one was!
Echo and Fives getting back to the comforting insides of their rented rooms
Using their new found clothing as paddling in front of the fireplace, the warmth of it coming none too soon
Still there was the other option to consider as well, not simply the raging fires of the place making the two parents all well
Clothes quickly falling off, or rather ripped off each other’s bodies, the naked now sending shivers all over
But not from the cold, no, as surely the warmth in the room was doubled up quickly enough!
As each other the two Arcs were keeping warm in the best way possible as a reward
Of a successful mission, but also the love shared between the two, the true partnership for sure
The oohs and ahs soon to be heard, as Echo and Fives made sure neither of them would remain without a smile
