Summary
The first thing he notices about the living room is how big it is, with tall ceilings, big windows, and a couch that could probably swallow Tachihara whole. The second thing he notices, pausing in the doorway, mouth falling open stupidly, is Dazai.
It’s not… wrong for Dazai to be there. Afterall, when Dazai was in the mafia, he and Chuuya were close. And the mafia and agency were now on good terms, so they weren’t breaking any rules by… hanging out. But still: his presence is jarring enough. Tachihara has only spoken with him a handful of times, and each time he was left confused and a little irritated. Still, he has immense respect for his reputation, even if he was a traitor.
Dazai’s mere presence isn’t shocking. But his position-- on all fours in Chuuya’s living room, blindfolded and gagged, drool leaking from the sides of his mouth to meet the expensive hardwood-- gives Tachihara pause.
